Brazilian Black Bean Stew
I've tried this with and without meat and I think it is so much better without the ham and chorizo. I added an extra can of black beans and used canned tomatoes with chilis already in them. I usually hate cilantro, but I love it in this stew. So easy to make and it has a wonderful and unusual flavor.
