Marvelous Stuffed Mushrooms
So good and really easy to make. I didn't change a thing. The cream makes a really rich and flavorful sauce. I don't even want to know how many calories are in this. I will definitely make this again.

Butternut Squash Supreme
The texture was unappealing. It was very bland. A lot of trouble to make.

Cauliflower with Dijon Sauce
4 ingredients, 10 minutes in the microwave and you've got a vegetable dish that REALLY tastes good! This one is a keeper!
