Slow Cooker Lasagna
I amde this lasagna with elk meat and my family loved it!! I did use more mazzarella cheese on top of my layers.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
I wasn't sure how the potatoes would be after sitting in the crock pot all day while I was at work, but they were the best mased potatoes we ever had. The only change that I did was to add some sour cream to the potatoes before mashing.

Zucchini Cake I
This recipe makes a HUGE cake!! It was very good but was to rich and sweet for my family. I think I will try this recipe again but put them into cupcakes instead.
