This sauce was kind of bland. Also, I made the mistake of dumping in the flour all at once, which then clumped up. Not a smart thing to do. I would spice this recipe up...it is a good base for a sauce though.

I was searching for a rice pudding that tasted exactly how I remembered it...and this recipe does! I did not have short-grained rice. I only had Jasmine (Thai) rice, but it worked very well. This rice is traditional in desserts. I like the flavour. Oh and for those of you who don't have any raisins, try using craisins (dried cranberries). Very good! Excellent recipe. Thank you!

I liked this recipe, however my pork chops did not come out crispy from the oven. The bread crumbs were actually absorbed and mushy from the mustard coating. All in all, it was tasty.
