To Die For Blueberry Muffins
WOW! I would give 10 stars if a could! I have made these twice now, once with blueberries and once with strawberries. They are great! I'm addicted! I did add vanilla as people suggested. And I cut the topping in half. Still plenty. And I also added an extra 1/4 t of baking powder just because the muffins not rising enough is usually my complaint with homemade muffins, so I was trying to alleviate that. Great recipe! Can't wait to make them again!

Eggnog Quick Bread
I added pudding mix and a little more eggnog. It was good after being refrigerated, but nothing I would crave. It also took forever to bake.
