Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes
I altered the recipe but took off on the idea. The little cakes look like alot of work went into them but was really a very quick. I used Supreme Pineapple box cake mix and followed the directions on the box. Then followed the procedure of assembling the cakes. I put the cherry in before baking which was fine. Delicious and attractive. Thanks for the idea.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
This recipe is a gem! I changed the half and half to regular milk and had omit the celery (because I didn't have any). It was so yummy! I want to make it again. I had used this soup to contribute to Christmas Dinner. We ate some at home and 15 people ate it and there was still alittle left over. I was asked for the recipe by my niece. Love it. It's a keeper.
