I liked this recipe and my husband LOVED it, so it gets 5 stars. I used shoulder steaks and baked it in the oven instead and it came out great. I served it with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. I thought we might have some leftover for tomorrow but he didn't leave anything behind. I was shocked. I'll be making this again since he loves it so much.

This guacamole is the best! I served it at my party and it was a hit. I was asked to make it for an upcoming bridal shower and I have to make enough for 100 people! I leave out the jalapenos though and instead of salt I add some garlic powder like someone suggested. Mmmmm!

This was just okay. At first I thought it was going to be great because I gradually stirred the parmesan cheese in like some suggested. At first it was creamy and looked great. It turned out clumpy and thick. Other than the texture, the taste is alright. It's very cheesy, that's okay if that's what you like. I don't think I will make this again though.
