I was weary when this recipe called for flour. I left out the chili powder since I don't like spice. Totally flavorless. Won't make again.

Absolutely delicious! Tastes just like fresh crab! My boyfriend even raved about this recipe because he usually doesn't like torsk but said this is the best torsk he has ever had.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

I marinated beef ribs in this sauce over night (since we used ribs from a dairy cow which is tougher meat) and they came out superb. Tasted almost like a long lost recipe of my grandmothers that I love. I give it 4 stars because its the best home-made recipe I've come across but still doesn't beat the restaurants.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Very good! I used fresh mushroom and they tasted a bit bland. I think frozen mushrooms would have done just as well if not better. Kept good for the next day's lunch.

Laurie's Stuffed Peppers

This was a good recipe. Didn't have the instant rice so I used regular and cooked it like normal before adding to the peppers. Also used Mozzarella instead of Asiago cheese. I thought it was delicious but my boyfriend could have used some more spices.

Vegetable Beef Soup I

This recipe was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted an easy hearty vegetable beef soup that I could make a huge pot of to have leftovers for a few days. The seasonings gave it a strong flavor at first but it evened out and was hardly noticeable in the leftovers.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

I love mashed potatos with garlic and I was hoping this recipe would give a good combination between the two but it didn't. I tried the recipe again with three times the garlic and still nothing. The potatoes ended up like normal mashed potatoes without the garlic.

Paper Salmon

This was a very quick and easy recipe. Instead of peas I used ruccolo salad which went very nicely. The only thing that wasn't expected was when it was baking, it lost a lot of water so it ended up somewhat dry. Other than that the taste surpassed my expectations.

Chicken Something

I decided to use dark meat with the skin instead of white meat. Use half the butter or less if you do! I also skipped the dry onion soup mix (couldn't find it here in Sweden). Added two small cans of mushrooms which was a nice touch. Came out very good and was delicous as leftovers.
