Barbeque Pork Two Ways
Very good, used a pork shoulder and was hard to get started with the shredding, but well worth it! I never have leftovers when I make this.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Very good and easy, kids loved it! I used Jack Daniels BBQ sauce.

World's Best Potato Salad
Loved it, a little too sweet so maybe cutting down on the sugar. I added pickles which someone else suggested--I liked the pickles, my daughter picked them out. I also used red potatoes. This was my first potato salad and it was a hit!
