Strawberry Tiramisu Trifle
Sooooo good! I usually adapt recipes slightly, but I made this one basically "as is" and it was fantastic. I did use low fat cream cheese and made my own whipped cream. This is definitely something that looks and tastes a lot more complicated than it is.

Best Carrot Cake Ever
It's a keeper! My mom made this for my husband and I for our birthdays and we loved it. All she could remember was the name of the recipe, this is it! I followed the recipe, just adding a bit of nutmeg and allspice, mostly because I love those spices. Turned out great!

Chicken and Asparagus Bundles
I thought it was very good. Quick to prepare, but took a bit longer to cook than anticipated. We still enjoyed it though!
