Banana Crumb Muffins
These were excellent! Loved the lighter texture, instead of other heavy, solid banana bread recipies I have made. The crumb topping was a definite bonus the whole family loved.

Orange Chicken
My family really enjoyed this recipe. I used seasoned bread crumbs since that is what I had on hand, but will try the stuffing next time. The breadcrumbs turned out a little soggy and I think the stuffing would hold up a bit better.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
I made this for Chrismas and was asked to make it again for New Years. Definitely use the Hawaiian bread/bowl, as it is just a great combination.
