Sour Cream Chicken and Stuffing

I'm not a huge fan of stuffing but i figured i would try something new. I was very impressed with this meal my husband and two year old enjoyed it as well i took the advice of other reviewers and boiled the chicken first then cut it into bit size peices. I also added water to the soup mixture to make it a little easier to spread onto the stuffing, i couldnt find plain stuffing so i did chicken stuffing but it turned out kind of salty so next time i will either do plain stuffing or i will do unsalted soup. over all it was great i will def do this again

Meat Filled Manicotti

I gave this one a 5 star because i couldnt give it a 10. The family loved this one (family being me my husband and my 2 yr. old) It was great the only thing i did was added fresh garlic and onion to the meat while it was browning. I took the advice of another review and used a ziplock to stuff the pasta great idea!! It did take two to do it though. I also didnt put the chesse on top until the last 5 minutes and i also added cheddar chesses to go with the mozerella. I loved this one and will def. do it again. Thanks for sharing

Teriyaki Chicken for the Busy Cook

i rated it so low because the work that it takes to cut a whole chicken into pieces (which is alot easier said than done) was not worth it because the flavor wasn't outstanding it was edible but i wont be cooking this one any time soon if i do i will do it with chicken breast and i will work with the sause.

Easy Mexican Fried Chicken

the flavor was great but the breading was sticking to the bottom of the pan beacause there wasnt enough oil so we added oil. but we still couldnt keep the breading on. but we will def. try this one again

My Meatloaf

this was great even my 2 year old loved it the only thing is that it was a little dry. The only thing i did diffent was add italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of bread it was great

Chicken Enchiladas II

My husband loved this one. We shredded the chicken instead of making cubes. We did refried beans as a side. The only thing i didnt like about it was that the bottom of the tortillas were hard to cut i think next time we will put a layer of sauce on the bottom as well as on the top. Other than that it was great

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread

I gave this one 5 stars because my husband loved it!! But i didnt care for it. I used buttermilk instead of sour milk. I had to cook it longer about 15 minutes longer. I think next time i will try adding some kind of nuts.

Ken's Texas Chili

This chili was GREAT!! I only used 1 lbs. of ground beef because i was making it for me my husband and my 2 yr. old so i didnt need alot i didnt have enough beef broth so i just added about 3/8 can of water (10.5 ounce can) We had some instant rice so we warmed that up and put it in the bottom of our bowl then put the chili over it. I will def. do this again no changes need to be made.

Herb Roasted Pork

for the meat we used 2 lbs. of pork tenderloin. we doubled the sause mixture like other reviewers suggested and this recipe turned out great i think next time the only thing that i will do differently will be to double the mixture and cover the meat and whatever sauce i have left i will add a tablespoon more of water so that it will be more thin so that it will be better for dipping

Oven Chicken Fingers

We did a few things different. we didnt make the sause for it we just used ketsup but we did make the chicken fingers the ingredients but we cooked them on the stove in two tablespoons of lard and it turned out great!!

Italian Enchiladas

This was great the only thing we did different was to put deli sliced mild cheddar chesse inside and put shredded chesse on top. Other than that we didnt need to make any changes to this recipe.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

I actually let my husband cook this one we used tenderized steaks for this one because we couldnt find cubed steak at our local grocery store (being in japan) but it still turned out great he served it with cheesy potatoes Even our 2 yr old son enjoyed it

Poppy Seed Poultry Casserole

This was not my favorite it was a great comfort food but it was a bit dry i added a can on milk like other reviews suggested but it still seemed a bit dry. I've never cooked with dill before but i did enjoy it i did add extra dill. I think that next time i cook this i will try adding shredded chesse to the top of it and probably more milk.

Italian Meatballs

Dinner was good. I followed the same ingredients but i did add an egg to make it stick better and I did cute down like the other reviews. I do agree there is something that is just not right. It was very filling though and it will be great leftovers.
