Fluffy Pancakes
These were amazing!! My son had friends spend the night and we always have pancakes for breakfast. I was out of our usual mix (NOT bisquick) and didn't want to go to the store so I looked to allrecipes and tried this recipe. I was so impressed that I probably won't go back to my store bought mix. These were light and fluffy and totally adaptable to adding fruit or nuts...or anything you wanted to add. DELICIOUS!!!!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This is AMAZING!!!!!! If you like a sweet/hot add 1/4-1/2 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER when you add the soda and vanilla. It adds a little underlying heat at the end that balences out great with the sweet.

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies
These are a great adult chocolate cookie. My kids didn't think they were sweet enough. I did have to kneed about 3 TBS. of flour in order to stiffen up the dough enough to make cut out cookies. I thought they had a nice chocolate flavor and were tasty with a peanutbutter cream sandwiched between them.
