Honey Baked Chicken II
This was good but I am giving it 4 stars because it wasn't at all spicy. I was expected some sort of heat to go with the sweetness and it just wasn't there. However, it did taste good and went good with white rice and green onions.

Barbecue Ribs
I don't usually like ribs but these were great. We used baby back ribs & coconut rum. We will add more cayenne to it next time because we like it extra spicy. These were very easy to make and we are going to make them again in a few weeks.

Beau Monde(TM) Dip
Everyone loved this including the kids! I forgot to add the onions and it still turned out really good. I added some dried beef to it and I used a sweet hawaiian bread bowl to serve it in and ripped up extra sweet rolls. I also doubled the recipe. It was so good and addicting everyone couldn't stop eating it.
