I'm the main cook in the house, although my husband likes to pitch in sometimes. I'm more familiar with Western European cuisine, I enjoy making Italian, Spanish & French food. Peach pie, shrimpcargot, Spanish tortillas, & pasta dishes. Beef & Cheese Crescent, & biscuits with sausage gravy. Spanish tortillas, peach muffins, steak fingers, shrimp scampi and pasta fagioli. I attempted to make spaghetti sauce a few years ago and ended up with just mushy tomatos! Gross.
