I have a full-time job, plus I'm the assistant editor for Indie-Music.com, so I don't have a lot of time for cooking. But fast food and takeout are starting to take their toll on me physically and spiritually, so I joined this site to learn the basics and start eating better. Right now, all I can really make is spaghetti. I'm looking forward to learning more. Actually, eating out. I could never really help much in the kitchen. Not burning the house down. All my omelets turn into scrambled eggs.
