Easy Sugar Cookies
The cookies are great. I ran out of baking soda, so I used 3 tsp of baking powder instead. They turned out great! Also, I heard some people complain about the consistancy of the dough. I let the butter soften on the counter for about an hour and a half and it worked great. Easily rolls into balls or flattens for cutting.
