Meringue Mushrooms
these were great... i made this in my unairconditioned apartment in Hawaii, and i definitely needed to cook them longer than an hour for them to be dry (at a lower temp, too), but otherwise i had no problems. since i'm no artist, my 'shrooms were pretty ugly, but were a big hit nonetheless! will make again, they were delicious and light.

Cajun Spiced Pork Chops
I really liked this seasoning. I diced up the pork and added a variety of veggies and the whole thing was spicy and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, and my only suggestion is to add a touch of salt.

Easy Salmon Acqua Pazza
This recipe was pretty good. I couldn't bear to microwave it, but I just put it on a skillet as directed and otherwise followed everything faithfully. It was lovely and still easy dish. To make it more perfect, next time I'll add a bit more of the seasoning.
