Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I

We followed the recipe pretty closely, except added 2 eggs (instead of 1), used both yellow squash and zucchini, and mixed in 1# browned bulk sausage before baking. It was very good.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I substituted 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt for the sour cream (it is what I had on hand), and it worked wonderfully. Everyone commented on how moist it was. And I loved that I only had to slice the bananas rather than mash.

Kelly's Chili

Based on another review, I cut the chili powder to 1 1/2 tablespoons and only used 1 teaspoon of pepper. Additionally, I added some curry powder, a bit of brown sugar, and more corn. It was very good.
