Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
So good and so easy! I served it with hot buttered egg noodles and white rice so everyone could pick whichever they liked along with the steak. I will make this again!

Pork Chops in Beer
These were different but good. A little too ketchupy so I think I will play around with it a bit next time. But everyone liked it and ate it all up. Thanks!

Peach Pork Picante
Very good recipe! Like many others, I used a jar of peach & mango salsa and I also mixed in a couple cans of black beans (next time I think I will try pinto beans instead). Will definitely make again!
