I have been married to the best man I know for 10 years. We have 2 beautiful boys ages 4 and 7 that keep us on our toes. I love to cook everything and try new recipes all of the time. We cook a lot of Mexican and Italian dishes along with some Southern style favorites. My ultimate challenge is to find recipes that my picky boys like too. Every day is a cooking triumph in my house!! If I can find the time to cook dinner (and I'm not talking mac n cheese), work full time, raise two kids that play multiple sports, go to school, be team mom/room mom/volunteer then it is a GREAT day!! LOL The only cooking tragedy is not to try!
