made this for my fam as I was out of store bought but everyone was craving chocochipbluberry pancakes so got on here searching for recipe after several reviews of others decided to try this one and wow, quick and easy, tasted so rich and followed recipe as is except did 3/4 brn & 3/4 wht sugar after making 1st batch made another batch to store for upcoming thansgiving breakfast, than this got a rave review and no one wants the stuff from the store anymore...this is so inexpensive all ingredients in pantry...luvin it...

This was very good, a new addition and has since been requested quite often, didnt change much except to use garlic powder and fat free cream cheese. Thank you for this recipe, it's easy and everything is usually on hand even if u have to sub canned corn.
