About this Cook
I am recently married and love for my husband. We both have a half Italian background so pasta is a common request. However I love the challenge of creating new dishes.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking comfort food, the type of meal that makes you feel like you are grandmas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Growing up my grandma always had a huge pot of tomato sauce cooking on the stove. She would ways add meats and vegetables to it as the week went on to change the flavor.
My cooking triumphs
People say my chicken potpie and vegetarian chili are amazing. I also have a dish that I call “Matt’s Mess” it my husbands favorite.
My cooking tragedies
I hate making ginger bread houses! I always end up dropping it once its finally decorated.

Cheesy Apple and Oat Meatloaf
My husband and I HATE meatloaf but this was AMAZING! We finished the whole thing so quickly and there were no left overs that night.
