Shrimp Etouffee II
Tastes just like the etouffee I had in New Orleans on our honeymoon. Thanks for the great, easy and delicious recipe.

Halloween Bloody Baked Rats
I just used jar spaghetti sauce and used a piece of string cheese for the "guts". Used pieces of black olives for eyes because that's what I had on-hand. Was a fun Halloween meal, served on top of Tape Worms (linguine) with Dusty Bones (breadsticks w/ parmessan) and Graveyard Grass (salads). Very funny idea. Thanks! :)
