Butternut Squash Fries
These are AMAZING!!!!! I coated mine in olive oil and added salt and fresh cracked pepper, with just a dash of cinnamon, cayenne, and garlic powder and they're perfect. Theyre tender but not mushy. I cut them like I would any homemade fries...not too skinny, but not as big as steak fries. Will be making these again...tomorrow!

Shrimp Fried Rice II
I just made this for lunch, it tasted good, but the texture was off, kind of mushy....not sure what I did wrong. I added peas and fresh mushrooms.

Grilled Garlic Artichokes
I love artichokes and typically steam them.....never again. This is an easy foolproof method that is so flavorful, you don't need to dip them. Thanks for the great recipe.
