This would have been AWESOME if I had remembered to put the salt in. :) I did as a few others suggested and used the whole egg instead of just the yolk to brush over loaves before baking. I also followed the suggestion of pouring a cup of water in the bottom of the oven about 10 minutes into baking and the crust turned out GREAT! Great recipe & next time I'll remember the salt. :)

LOVED it! I've tried other similar recipes before and didn't like them at all but the salty & sweet were nicely balanced in this. I added some chopped leftover chicken and steamed veggies and it was AWESOME!!

I was disappointed with this recipe. After preparing it exactly as the recipe calls for, I found it to be very bland. If you use it, be prepared to spice it up on your own.
