Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
Yum! A couple of notes: 1) this makes a HUGE batch; and 2) it is a lot better if you add chili powder and cumin (to taste).

Mini Meatloaves
Excellent. I use 93/7 ground turkey for this, and it turns out GREAT. I also add garlic powder and either onion or onion powder.
