Im certainly no pro by any means. But I do love being in the kitchen. For the cooking not the clean up that is.. :0) I love to bake. Cookies, Pies, Pastries, homemade bread. Not real good at cakes, never could "get the hang of it" i Guess. My dad is an excellent cook. He bar-b-q's mostly, but his food was always great. He loves to keep his recipes from me so I dont tell him where I get mine. Made Real Tamale's once. Wow, that was really tough. Too many tragedies to count. But thats how we learn right?
