Chicken Tikka Masala
This recipe was just as good as going to a good Indian restaraunt. I took some of the suggestions and omitted a lot of the salt. I also cut down on the heat and used green chiles instead of jalepenos and cut down on the cayenne because I have young children. I marinated the chicken for 24 hours and it had a great flavor. My whole family loved it, even my little kids who are sometimes hard to please. I'll definitely make it again.
