This is a good comfort food and easy to out together. Still would not give it 5 stars. Have had better meals, but of course with more work. This is good .

This filling recipe was great! I would have given this 5 stars but the pork chops were way to thick. I had to cook them more than two times longer than the stated time for them to get done in the middle. Next time i will either get smaller chops or maybe an inch thick and at the end i would put the filling on top of the chops and put under the broiler til melted. Thanks for the great recipe.

These are very tasty! I used small roma tomatoes as they are not so juicy as other said. They worked perfect, but of course because they are a bigger tomato this recipe only made 8. Igave this recipe 4 stars because it is labor intense, but definitely a keeper.
