French Baguettes
This is the first time that I have ever tried to make baguettes and they turned out great. I made 8" loaves for our dinner tonight (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Easy-Slow-Cooker-French-Dip/Detail.aspx) These were a perfect bread for the sandwiches. Thanks for sharing this one!

White Chicken Enchilada Slow-Cooker Casserole
Excellent recipe! I did not have tortillas so I mixed all the other ingredients together, added 1t. ground cumin, 1t. chili powder and let it cook in the crock pot. Smelled wonderful and when it was finished I added a little corn starch to thicken and served it over wide egg noodles. Everyone loved it and asked me to make it again!

Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs
I did not have ribs so I used 4 pork chops, and followed a reviewers advise to use 1/3 cup for the liquids. Then I doubled the recipe and added carrots and let it all simmer. The only change that I would make is to double everything except for the onions and the cinnamon. Used a little corn starch to thicken the juices and served it all over rice. Amazing! We all loved it and will make again!
