Thai Lettuce Wraps with Satay Pork Strips
We made these for a Friday night gathering we host. Everyone loved them and one woman aksed for the recipe so she can make them for a reharsal dinner she is hosting in June.

Jalapeno Pie Mini Tarts
I made these last weekend for a weekly party we have and we loved them. There are some comments about them being messy - we cut them in quarters and had no problem.

Basil Pesto Bread Rounds
