I am a mom with a wonderful son and a wonderful daughter. My daughter is wanting to learn to cook, thus the public name of "Martha and her Daughter". She helps pick out recipes, helps me cook some of them and helps with the reviews. I highly recommend this as a "mother-daughter" activity.

Eggplant Parmesan II
Very good and easy. I used Panko crumbs, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The leftovers don't heat up well, but it is great the first go around!

Spaghetti Italian
Very good and very easy. My daughter usually hates spaghetti, but she liked this one. The only thing I did differently was use ground beef rather than Italian sausage.
