Focaccia Bread
I love this recipe because of the ease in making and the great taste. I have past this along to my best friend who is not a baker and she can't stop making it. I am now sending it to my 14 and 10 yr old nieces. I get lazy and just use Italian seasonings. My friend and I bake it as a loaf and use it for dipping in olive oil. yummy.

Marinated Flank Steak
I have not done this with flank steak but did use a top round steak. It worked so well I did it a again. The marinate was more of a wet rub than a marinate. I loved

Super Grouper
I help prepare a meal for a friend who had heart surgery. He had just added fish to his diet and this recipe is what I used. He really like this dish and want this recipe to try again.
