I love to make Saag Gosht (indian lamb and spinach), Chicken pilau, Vodka pasta, Steak with green peppercorns, and risottos - any kind! Most of my recipe ideas come from my wife's mom, my italian friends, Gordon Ramsay and here I cook now and again for large groups of people (up to 100)on a very tight budget - I like trying to do different things rather than just soups and stews I can never make very good bread or very good lasagna....one day....
