About this Cook
I love food! But i have a soft spot for sweets. I'm of mixed heritage, so thats probably why i like a variety of foods. As you can tell I am lazy at posting reviews of recipes...So far I've only reviewed the recipes that I believe are my favorite and they are fabulous..but I will try to get better and review more.
My favorite things to cook
Depends... I really enjoy cooking its a lot of fun. But i really love to bake!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom's chinese so she teaches me how to cook and prepare many chinese dishes. Every now and then my dad will cook, but he likes to cook more Western types of food so i help him with that too. I really learn alot from staying in the kitchen. Its fun to cook with family. Now i've been able to cook things very easily on my own. :]
My cooking triumphs
Completed 3 wilton cake decorating courses. And love making yummy dinners and desserts for my friends who love my baked goods...and I get all my best recipes from allrecipes.com!!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
A great recipe for a creamy fudge... made it without nuts since my friend didnt want any in the fudge...but it was very rich I think it would have been better if there were some in the fudge. But very tasty!

Coconut Macaroons III
I didnt give it a full 5 stars since I altered the recipe a bit. I added 1.5 teaspoon of vanilla and 2/3 teaspoon of almond extract and also added some almonds to the mixture as well. After I dipped them halfway in dark chocolate. YUM!!!
