Corn Pudding IV
So rich and wonderful. Worth every calorie. But like a dunce, and a new cook, I didn't know to drain the corn. I was taught to always follow recipes to the letter and draining was not specified. I know now! I will keep this recipe for next year.

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute
Does not need to sit out for so long, I thought. We liked to eat it while still warm. I would let it set only for 10 minutes, tops. Was so wonderful - huge success!!
