Chicken Cordon Bleu II
YUM!! I made the recipe just as it said and it was a big hit with company! The sauce is really great over polenta or mashed potatoes.

Fig and Lemon Chicken
Yum! This was super easy to make and it came out beautifully! I used some leftover figs that I had on hand which was less than what it called for so I cut them in half and there was plenty for our taste. I used chicken thighs with bone-in and skin on and it was really tender.

Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes
Yum! My husband was sceptical because of the wheat germ and whole wheat flour but he ate them up! Much better than any store bought mix I've tried and very easy to make. I took the advice of other reviewers and did half baking soda and half baking powder. We will definitely make this our primary pancake recipe.
