AMAZING! A gal described this recipe was what she was bringing to a playdate and we were all sooo scared to taste it (it usually doesn't turn out too pretty when we make it). It was gone in SECONDS. Now, we save it for special occasions to save our waist and bottoms. It DOES need to be in the fridge for awhile. It melts down quickly so you want it to set. THANKS for posting!!!

Husband is SOO excited about this one. I always make "healthy" cakes and muffins. This sweetens it up for him.

Kept As Is. Made them both on a cookie sheet and in a mini-muffin pan. Our family was split down the middle on which was better, so both are GREAT!
