Liver Dumplings
After reading the reviews I modified this recipe adding 1 medium diced oinion, extra salt and seasoning. At the advice of RATKIN412's review I dropped these by spoon in to a well greased pan and fried them like patties. Our son who absolutely hates liver and will not eat it no matter how I disguise it, had thirds. It was a hit! I served it with a side of mustard to dip it in. The kids loved it! I will definately make these again!

Pull-Apart Garlic Buns
I loved this recipe. We are big garlic fans in my house and I always add it to my home made breads. This recipe was so simple and quick that I will make it every Sunday! I found the dough to be just right and did not add any extra flour. I did add garlic powder to the dough however. I melted the butter right in the baking dish(extra butter of course) and added the garlic powder and paprika to that, I used cornmeal instead of sesame seeds. My rolls were very buttery and garlicky a great accompaniment to roast of pasta! I will make this again and again!

Vanilla-Maple Apple Pie Filling
I agree with other users. This recipe required some "tweaking". First off it should be 3 tsp of cinnamon, As well I added an additional 1 1/2 cups of water and cooked the apples in the syrup mixture. It was still a little on the thick side but overall not too bad.
