Greek Garlic-Lemon Potatoes
Excellent taste. I agree with previous reviews: if you're using stock, don't use that much salt. I also used all olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

Vegetarian Penne
It's pretty good. You can definitely play around with this by adding tomatoes, basil, or perhaps red pepper flakes.
