Arlene's Shrimp Dip
This is good & definitely easy to make! I've made it twice now & have had to add a lot more of the Miracle Whip so that it didn't seem too dry & would spread better. First time I didn't have minced onion & used onion powder. I liked it better the 2nd time with the minced onion, but not a huge difference in taste. Plus this got good reviews from the people at the party. THANK YOU!

Corned Beef and Cabbage
Super easy - great recipe!! Couple of changes. As others said, I put the corned beef on the bottom of the crock pot. I've made this a couple of times and found the brisket worked better than the round. Make sure to add more water so that the brisket / round is completely covered. I used baby red potatoes so that I didn't have to peel them; cut the potatoes in half. Chopped the garlic in a mini food chopper vs mincing. Adds more flavor. Used red wine vinegar every time I've made this.

Cocktail Wieners II
I use 2 bottles of chili sauce (24oz total) + 1 jar of grape jelly (18oz). Warm in a pot on the stove to blend the 2 together. Pour over the wieners in a crockpot & let them warm together. Longer the better I think. Never have any leftovers. Very easy!
