One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Very moist. I had to cook it much longer, probably 15 min. longer, but very good. My son asked for it for his birthday cake. it's a keeper.

Mel's Magnificent Chocolate Chip Cookies
Perfect. Just perfect. I doubled the recipe and am freezing the rest for as need basis. I used 1 1/2 tsp. of pure vanilla extract & I baked for 15 min. A tad brown, but perfect.

Chocolate Frosting I
My son loved this, my husband didn't. It was a bit too runny for me. But my son has requested it for his birthday cake! So, I'll be making it again.
