Tacos in Pasta Shells
This was delish! My husband even wanted to eat leftovers the next day. He hates leftovers! I am going to make this again!

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad
I LOVE this salad. It is always a hit when I make it. The only thing I changed was that I used fresh chopped cilantro instead of fresh basil and left out the olives.

Oatmeal Pancakes II
These were so yummy! I loved that they have oatmeal in them! It was a little pain to have to take out the food processor but it was worth it. I didn't have buttermilk so I used a mixture of yogurt and 2% milk. Yum!
