Swedish Cookies (Brunscrackers)

These cookies were great! I couldn't get vanilla sugar or golden syrup so I used vanilla extract and maple syrup and it worked great. They were a bit hard when they can out of the oven but very tasty. A very easy and yummy cookie.

Coffee Shortbread

I really liked these cookies. They are REALLY rich so instead of just drizzling the cookies a made a chocolat icing to make them a bit more sweet. But all in all very good and they are great to have with coffee or tea. ( and i love cut out cookies)

Cheesecake Brownies

I really enjoyed this recipe, simple and elegant. Unfortunatly, my brownie mix was half the size recommended in the recipe so I had to cut the recipe in half. I loved the taste of cheesecake and brownie together and had no problems with the recipe. Thank you Nat!
