Irresistible Double Chocolate Muffins

Granola Bars III
Great recipe, huge hit, I make them regularly. I always double the recipe and bake in 9x13 pan to make them extra thick. I like to substitute pancake syrup for honey, I always have more of that on hand.

Fresh Apricot Pie
Very tasty. Used store bought pie crust, used as a two crust pie and added about 1 cup of fresh pitted cherries. Delightful!
