Cilantro Egg Salad
This is a great alternative to standard egg salad. I served w/ with lettuce in a wrap. Eat it while it's fresh. We loved it the day I made it but by the next day the cilantro flavor was too over powering (and we love cilantro) and the salad a bit soggy.

Strawberry Trifle
This was my first attempt at a trifle and the perfect recipe. I followed the recipe -- though I used fresh rather than frozen strawberries. Easy and delicious. Though, I need to work on my presentation as it looked a little "messy" but the taste made up for it.
