Adobong Pusit (Squid Adobo)

This was fantastic! I have never cooked squid before, and have only eaten it fried or in Thai soup. I was convinced by the reviews to try it, and I am so glad I did. Absolutely wonderful, thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

I thought this was really good- the vegetables were really tangy, which I liked. My husband liked it too, though he wasn't quite as enthusiastic! I would definitely make again.

Ceil's Cucumber Slices

I'm not a fan of cucumbers OR green peppers, but had plenty of each from my CSA basket. I searched for a recipe to use both and found this one - WOW am I glad I did!!!! This is absolutely fantastic, thanks so much for sharing! I am enjoying cukes and green peppers for the first time in my life :)

BBQ Country Style Ribs

We love these! I take the advice of other reviewers and cover the ribs tightly with foil to start, and cook for as many hours as I can....then I uncover, drain, and add the sauce. Delicious and SOOO!!!! tender!

Eggplants a la Dawlish

I did not have coriander seed so used a different herb mix, but even so this was quite good. There were leftovers, and it got better every time I ate it! The lemon seemed to blend with the spice over time to deliver a really tasty flavor.

This was really good! I halved the recipe aned used d 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup jalepeno, and added a clove of garlic. Very tasty.

Unbelievable Chicken

This is the best chicken marinade I have ever used. It is so tasty, and the chicken turns out so moist. I just realized that when I made it I left out the vinegar accidentally.....still fantastic! Thanks for submitting it.
