Anything really, but specifically desserts, right now I am learning cake decorating so I can make my own wedding cake. My first home made pie complete with double pastry crust, all made from scratch. And the mini-wedding cake that I made, it turned out great! But the roses need some work. The one and only time that I burned rice to the pan... it was my mother's. Fortunately I scrubbed it spotless before she got home!
