I love to bake and cook. I am usually baking cookies or bars, and candy. Just lately, I have been baking Breads.Everyone seems to like the recipes I have been using. I have been thinking of baking and cooking and selling the products. However, the only thing I can come up with, is catering. That would be great. However, I don't drive. I would need to take a bus.Which is fine. But,I think it would be a little messy. I have been cooking and baking for 40 years. I am 54 years old. So, I have had plenty of practice. Especially, with my family. I like Swedish, Irish,Scottish,Mexican, and Italian Food. Since, I'm Swedish and Irish/Scots/ American Indian. I like all that. I also, like Mexican, and Italian food and like to copy it.

Quick and easy meals. Desserts,Cookies Bars and candy. I also like slow cooking.

Fudge,Peanut Brittle Slow Cooking Sour Cream Pork Chops, Broccoli Casserole, Swedish cookies and swedish Christmas Bread, and many more.
My cooking tragedies
Fudge when I first started. It tasted great,But,I wouldn't have cooked it long enough and it was gooey, instead of being firm. Omeletes.Soups until I learned some of the cooking facts of when to add spices etc. Making Rues or cream sauces. But they improved with experience, just like my other mistakes.Thank God! for my family!! and myself.Because, we are the ones that will have to eat it.
