Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Thank you Doreen! - I had to make copies for this scrumptious dip, which I made as a surprize and put into our teacher's lounge. I even had requests from Teachers that had simply just heard about it because it was gone before they got a try! This will be my potluck choice from now on.

BLT Dip
i tripled the recipe for a big 4th of july celebration. i took someones suggestion and garnished around the side with shredded lettuce. i have rec'd so many emails asking for the recipe, everyone said they found their new addiction in my blt dip -many thanks!!!!!

Cajun Grilled Corn
simply yummy!! i wish i had made enough for everyone to have 2. My 5 year old ate only corn for our barbeque feast, and begged everyone for some of theirs
